VANCOUVER, AUGUST 20, 2024 – Today, CyberQP, a leading provider of Help Desk Security Automation solutions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Help Desks, announced a new partnership and technology integration with HaloPSA, an innovative Professional Services Automation (PSA) solution for MSPs.
The new integration enables CyberQP partners to verify end user identities from within their HaloPSA dashboard, helping MSPs deter a growing number of social engineering attacks. CyberQP has also announced plans to introduce additional capabilities later in 2024, which will allow technicians to resolve help desk tickets without over-provisioning administrator access.
As IT teams and managed service providers continue to scale, they must enable Tier 1 technicians and administrative staff to resolve lower-priority tickets and give time and resources back to more experienced technicians. However, the lack of experienced talent and rapidly emerging threats make over-provisioning privileged access a major risk.
“We’re excited to announce CyberQP’s integration with HaloPSA,” said Joe Allen, Executive at Halo Service Solutions. “MSPs face an uphill battle with a growing number of identity-based threats. Our integration with CyberQP enables techs to ensure that they know who they’re talking to, without the friction that comes with context-switching between their PSA and other dashboards.”
“We’re committed to enabling our MSP partners on the platforms that matter to them,” said Mateo Barraza, CEO and Co-Founder of CyberQP. “Our collaboration with HaloPSA enables us to offer our partners the capabilities and security they need to drive productivity without generating unnecessary cyber risk.”
