Do you offer discounts for bundling products?
Buying products in bundles will typically save you about 20%. All bundled skus are priced lower than buying the products separately.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card for monthly billing. If you would like to pay annual up-front, we will accept bank transfer and can often provide a discount for doing so.
What currencies do you accept?
Our prices are in USD and CAD.
What happens if my documentation tool is offline?
Before a password is automatically rotated, CyberQP will check to see if the place of storage is online. If your documentation tool is offline, CyberQP will not run the password rotation.
Can you work with other password managers?
Typically our partners prefer to separate their day-to-day password management from their privileged credentials. With that in mind, we do not integrate with end user password managers and encourage MSPs to store their customers’ privileged credentials in a secure, technician-only vault like CyberQP Password Manager.
Is there a free trial?
We do not offer free trials.
Do you have a knowledge base for your integrations?
We have an extensive knowledge base with documentation on all of our 3rd party integrations.
Is there any preferred pricing for peer groups?
We have agreements with many industry peer groups. Check with your group or a member of the CyberQP team to see if an agreement is in place with your peer group.
