To secure your data and align with best practices, CyberQP will be introducing and enforcing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all non SSO-integrated tenants, on April 23rd, 2024.
This decision will add an extra layer of protection to your account beyond just a password, while keeping the process as user-friendly as possible.
CyberQP users with the Primary or Super roles can enable MFA for their tenants ahead of time with the following Knowledge Base article.
On April 23rd, tenants that have already enabled SSO will have their Primary and Super users set up MFA if they decide to log in with their back-up CyberQP credentials.
We’ve also added the ability to reveal the OTP enrollment key (in addition to viewing a QR code) that you can use to set up MFA for you dashboard login.
CyberQP is committed to ensuring every user is secure, and enforcing MFA across all accounts is key to providing an additional layer of protection for MSPs and end users.
As always, our goal is to make cybersecurity accessible and effortless for everyone, so you can focus on what matters most, while we handle the rest. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Support or your Partner Success Manager.
Sincerely,
The CyberQP Team
