Welcome back to CyberQP’s Feature Updates! Our Engineering team has completed 7 releases and bug fixes since our previous update.
Today, we’re excited to announce that we’ve modernized the Quickpass Self-Serve Mobile App to create a better experience for your end users and for all Help Desk Security Automation (QDesk) partners!
A Modern Experience with the Same Great Capabilities
To ensure a seamless transition, none of the Self-Serve App’s functionality has changed. This update primarily focused on refreshing the user interface to make it easier for your clients to:
- Easily reset your account password following the company’s password policy
- Quickly verify your identity with a simple approval process when requested by your IT team
- Unlock your account when it’s locked
We’ve also introduced some Quality of Life improvements and bug fixes around notifications so you can offer a better support experience to your end users!
(And just as a reminder– we will be updating our App Store listing and the Quickpass app icon if you’d like to let your end users know!)
No action is required for your end users – if your customers’ mobile devices automatically update their apps, they can start using the upgraded Self-Service Account Management experience today!
