Integrations for MSPs

We work with the tools that MSPs already use, so our products and features seamlessly integrate with the work you’re doing. Avoid headaches, save time, and keep using the tools you know and love.

Support

CyberQP can work with multiple types of accounts and systems.

Local Accounts Logo

CyberQP supports administrative access on local endpoints, such as workstations and servers.

Microsoft Entra ID Logo

CyberQP works with cloud or hybrid environments using Microsoft Entra ID through enrollment in our enterprise app.

MIcrosoft Active Directory Logo

CyberQP can work on Active Directory Servers through an agent set to server mode. Rotate passwords like Domain Admins and Service Accounts and sync passwords with Office 365 without AD Connect.

Office 356 Logo

CyberQP can sync your Office 365 accounts with On-Prem Active Directory without AD Connect. Setup is as simple as enrolling in our Enterprise App.

Deployment Scripts

CyberQP can work with any RMM. In addition to how-to-guides for powershell and intune, we have pre-built scripts for popular RMMs.

Frequently Asked Questions

What RMMs do you work with?

We have pre-built scripts for popular RMMs like ConnectWise Automate and DattoRMM, but can work with any MSP RMM. We do not depend on the RMM to stay online, it is solely used to deploy agents, which can also be done using powershell.

Does CybeQP integrate with al PSAs?

We integrate with specific PSAs and guide our list based on the engineering roadmap and community voting. MSPs can still use CyberQP even if a specific integration is not built for your PSA. We often recommend MSPs using a PSA we do not integrate with to use SSO for their PSA and CyberQP for ease of switching between applications.

Does CybeQP store my passwords?

IT teams have the option to store their administrator credentials in the encrypted CyberQP Technician Vault. Our platform also supports documentation solutions such as IT Glue and Hudu. With these third-party integrations, CyberQP will not store these passwords, but support rotations and update the repository of your choice.

Do you have a knowledge base for your integration?

We have an extensive knowledge base with documentation on all of our 3rd party integrations.

Can you work with other password managers?

Typically our partners prefer to separate their day-to-day password management from their privileged credentials. With that in mind, we do not integrate with end user password managers and encourage MSPs to store their customers’ privileged credentials in a secure, technician-only vault like CyberQP Password Manager.

What happens if my documentation tool is offline?

Before a password is automatically rotated, CyberQP will check to see if the place of storage is online. If your documentation tool is offline, CyberQP will not run the password rotation.
